Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.ratrading.co.

In order to receive a refund for a product purchased and delivered to you, it must be returned within 24 hours to the local distributor in the same condition that you received it, sealed and in plastic as it came without any sign of use or damage.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. Credit card payments may take 5 to 10 working days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If you have made a purchase, and you have not yet received your item within the timeframe allocated, and you wish to receive a refund, we will we happy to refund your payment to the original payment method used.
